for beauty...learn from Miranda Kerr


★sleep well
 go to bed until midnight
 do not eat 3 hours before going to bed


★drink green tea with ginger slice (instead of coffee!)


★eat Probiotics food like yogurt,cheese,bean paste,soy sauce,japanese pickle

★mind maintenance
 regular exercise / practice meditation


★coconut oil
  to ingest and for moisturizing agent


★get rid of the body's toxins twice a year
  weeding out fatigue,body weight gain,cellulite,lack of sleep,emotional disturbance
  do not eat food containing toxins
 (food containing gluten like wheat,milk product,coffee,alcohol,sugar,red meat)
